Step One:  Fill out Registration Form and Submit

​

Step Two:  Your card will be charged $800 for your non-refundable deposit.

​

Step Three:  You will receive confirmation for your deposit and the Sacred Journey Brochure with trip details.

​

Step Four:  Your credit card on file will be billed for your second payment of $1,359 on April 1st, 2020.

​

Step Five:  Your credit card will be billed for your third payment of $1,359 on June 1st, 2020.

​

Step Six:  Your credit card will be charged for your final payment of $1,359 on August 1st, 2020.

​

Step Seven:  The Magical Lands of Scotland Await!  Time to get excited and start packing!

Payment:  Your credit card information is required when you fill out our registration form.  We will keep this card on file for the remaining three payments.  If there are any changes with your card, please notify us.  You will be notified several days in advance before any charges or additional payments are made. 

Cancellation Policy:  PLEASE READ THIS SECTION

Please note that cancellations must be received in writing.  Your deposit of $800 is non-refundable.   Cancellations received anytime on or after June 1st to July 15th, 2020 results in a loss of 50% of the total trip cost.  Any cancellations received between July 15th and September 24th, 2020 and the final day of the retreat, will result in a 100% loss of the total trip cost.

If at any point during your trip you decide you want to change from double occupancy to single occupancy, you are responsible for any extra costs incurred.

Trista Haggerty reserves the right to cancel the trip in the event that we do not meet the retreat minimum.  In the event the retreat is cancelled by me, all money paid will be fully refunded.

***Trip Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended to protect you in the event of an emergency.  You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options. 

Please note:  Some travel insurance requires purchase within 2 weeks from your initial deposit.  Please read insurance site carefully!
